Ag Coach Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is a SaaS platform designed to help FFA students and Agriculture teachers prepare for Career Development Events (CDEs). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Ag Coach Pro, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3a. Account Information When you create an account, we collect: • Name • Email address • Role (Student or Teacher/Coach) • School name and state • Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plain text) 3b. Usage and Performance Data As you use the platform, we collect: • Quiz and question bank responses • Practice session scores and timestamps • Contest simulation results • Study progress and completion data • CDE modules accessed (e.g., Livestock Judging, Vet Science, Meat Science) 3c. Device and Technical Data We automatically collect basic technical information including: • Browser type and version • Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile) • IP address • Pages visited and time spent 3d. Communications If you contact us via email or in-app support, we retain those communications to resolve your issue and improve our service.

We use collected data to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Ag Coach Pro platform • Track student progress and generate performance reports • Personalize study recommendations and contest prep content • Communicate service updates, account notices, or support responses • Analyze usage trends to improve CDE content and question banks • Comply with applicable law We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Ag Coach Pro uses artificial intelligence tools — including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude — to power study aids, generate feedback, and enhance learning experiences. When you use AI-assisted features: • Your inputs (quiz answers, study prompts) may be processed by these third-party AI services • We do not use your data to train third-party AI models beyond what their standard API terms permit • No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to AI APIs — only anonymized content and educational responses For more on how these providers handle data, see Google AI Privacy and the Anthropic Privacy Policy.

Ag Coach Pro offers an optional integration that lets a teacher connect their own Google account so the app can deliver generated resources directly into the teacher's Google Workspace and Google Classroom. This connection is entirely opt-in — the app does not access any Google data unless you explicitly connect your account and grant the requested permissions. What we access (only the permissions you grant): • Google Docs (documents) — to create formatted documents (such as quizzes, answer keys, study guides, and lesson plans) in your Google account at your request. • Google Drive (drive.file) — limited to files Ag Coach Pro itself creates. We cannot see, open, or access any other file in your Drive. • Google Calendar (calendar.events) — to add contest-prep and practice events you choose to create. • Google Classroom (classroom.coursework.students, classroom.announcements, classroom.courses.readonly) — to list the courses you teach and, at your request, post assignments or announcements you generate into a course you own. What we do NOT access: • We do not read your existing Google Drive files, documents, or emails. • We do not read your Google Classroom student rosters, student email addresses, student profiles, or student submissions/grades. • We do not use any Google Workspace or Classroom data for advertising. Limited Use disclosure: Ag Coach Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and — for Google Classroom data — to the additional requirements of the Google Workspace APIs and the Google Classroom API. Specifically: (a) we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request; (b) we do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other purposes; (c) we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; and (d) we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we first obtain your affirmative consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. Storage and revocation: When you connect your Google account, we store an encrypted authorization token so the app can act on your behalf for the features above. You can disconnect at any time from your Ag Coach Pro settings, or revoke access directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all further access and deletes the stored token.

We take student privacy seriously. FERPA: If Ag Coach Pro is used in a school setting, we operate as a "school official" under FERPA. Student educational records are used only to provide the service and are not disclosed without proper authorization. COPPA (Children Under 13): Ag Coach Pro is not designed to be used directly by children under 13 without teacher or parent/guardian setup and oversight. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or institutional consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without proper consent, contact us at support@agcoachpro.com and we will delete that account promptly. Teachers and Coaches who create student accounts on behalf of their class take responsibility for obtaining any required parental consents under applicable school or district policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances: • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help operate the platform (hosting, authentication, analytics) — all bound by confidentiality agreements • AI Processing Partners: As described in Section 5 • Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may transfer — you will be notified

We retain your account and performance data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 12 months after account closure. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 10).

We use industry-standard security practices including: • Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) • Encrypted password storage • Access controls limiting who can view user data No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate information • Delete your account and associated data • Export your progress data upon request • Opt out of non-essential communications To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@agcoachpro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."

Ag Coach Pro uses cookies and similar technologies to: • Keep you logged in • Remember preferences • Analyze usage patterns (via anonymized analytics) You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function properly.

Our platform may link to external resources (FFA.org, contest materials, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Ag Coach Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
